I was not referring to anyone that has there name, like myself posted, i was referring to those that do not put there names in when sign up on form than go off call names or post something they do not know anything about or have a dog in the fight. As for the6200 open pull I hope it works but I was just stating the facts as I see them. WE will hook at all the pulls we can just like we have for the last 8 years. I love the sport and put the time in so somedays the blind squirrel finds the nut.

I like the idea of the 6200 open class personally. Where we pull in a different organization we have different rules but we fit most but not all the altered street rules. Of course we run a small block engine so we dont have to worry about competing with a big block in any kind of way. But back to the subject at hand we enjoyed pulling with those trucks at the end of the last year. I wish the class was offered a little more toward the central or eastern part of Virginia. What I see on the schedule is that the class is offered more toward the western part of Virginia and it isnt reasonable for us to drive 5 or 6 hrs from North Carolina to pull there. We have travelled 2 to 3 hrs to pull before but not 5 or 6.

I know for fact that the DMP class of 62's Alt. St. needs to grow and I also know that the DMP 62's have changed their rules to let more trucks in. Where has the other classes changed their rule to do the same. Don;t think so, why, they have plenty of trucks in their class is why. All of the promoters are getting smart and can see what draws a bigger class of trucks. If you are or have been a promoter, you will agree. But we at DMP still understand that we NEED to kept pease within our family of pullers. Mountain Boys and Interstate have great pullers and it always put on a better show when they are combined. I think it will be about 8 pulls or so that this will happen during the 2013 season with DMP. As for bringing it to the southern part of the state for the NC boys, we are looking at that also.

Yeh Yeh. It would be great to have a two day pull at Dragon in the start of the year as you do at the end. Bring it on Temple. Run the open class both days in April. ITTP and MTN. Boys don't have anything going on. And this time I will get in on the side bet.

I agree with 82Chevy it would be nice to have the open class so us small block aluminum head guys down this way could run with the altered class.

You wouldn't believe the phone calls I have gotten from people who want me to do the same thing here that I did last fall for the April event. Considering doing it on April 12 and 13 so it doesn't interfere with Morgans Corner pull. Looks like I will run the Lawnmowers and the Antique Tractors at 10 am on April 13.

Temple if you do that, I know we will be there. It was a lot of fun and one heck of a show last year, not to mention it was the best track I think I have ever pulled on.
